You delivered over 44,000 diapers and wipes to Chicago families!
When we saw Planned Parenthood was offering free abortions at the Democratic National Convention, we stepped into action. We kicked off a diaper drive to provide resources to Chicago's needy families.
They offered free abortions. We offered free diapers.
And because of you and your generosity, we delivered over 44,000 diapers and wipes to pregnancy centers across the Windy City.
In Chicago, we also hosted a standing-room-only event to discuss our new report on three things the Democratic Party can do to live up to its mission of inclusivity.
We'll have much more to say in the days and weeks to come about what we saw in Chicago and how we think we ought to respond, but in the meantime, we encourage you to read Kristen Day's op-ed in America with a simple argument:
Democrats have spent the past fifteen years punishing perceived "heretics." Now, it's time to open the tent and seek converts!
It's important to remind Democrats of our party's core values: helping those in need.
Thanks to your support, we've already made a difference in Chicago and we're committed to continuing our mission to provide 1 million diapers and wipes by election day.
Hubert Humphrey once said, "The impersonal hand of government can never replace the helping hand of a neighbor."
Let's come together to support our local communities.
Thank you for all you do to stand up for the dignity of human life.
